X-Men editor Tom Brevoort stirred up controversy when he relaunched the entire mutant Marvel Comics line this summer. Now, on this Substack, he claims that there’s nothing wrong with how mainstream comics are selling, which appears to be contrary to every indicator in the market. 

Tom Brevoort runs a Substack where he posts a highly lengthy diatribe on comics every week, including, to his credit, answering a lot of questions from comic book readers. Sometimes, however, what he posts goes at odds with what seems to be a reality in the comic book industry.
