Galaxy's Edge is a great Sci Fi series, milsci and rhriller both. The action takes your breath away, while intrigue stops your heart.
John C. Wright's "Space Pirates of Andromeda" makes me yearn for the next fix. You will need to read it 2-3 times, to deaggregate the intertwined plots, fears, and goals. It is precision Christian Sci-Fi with enough adamantine adventure to rupture a neutron star.
The Galaxy's Edge is some of the best military scifi you will ever have the joy of reading.

I really appreciate this list. I am not well versed in sci-fi books and these sound great. I love that these are antithetical to Disney's sTaR wArS
