Larry Correia has made waves this year, breaking from Baen Books for his next releases with Ark Press and Aethon Books, diversifying away from a company that seems to be in trouble, and now he’s revealed he’s going to Kickstarter for his new book as well as revealing the name and cover.
Could be interesting. Though I wonder if the use of "Paladin" will indicate any connection to Christianity being anything other than an occasional convenient-but-ignorable mention.
Hopefully more than a mild Christian connection. There might be a TV throwback to "Have Gun, Will Travel," a BW Western featuring a main character called Paladin, a traveling gunfighter.

Probably marketing and reach into traditional brick and mortar locations.
