The Witch-her. But seriously, having read all the books and played all three games this isn't the most illogical choice to continue the series but we all know the real reason they chose Ciri as the main character. It was to have another man-jawed girl boss who can do anything a man can do but better.

Either way, it'll be fine. Either they make her character arc awesome, or it socks and at least Geralt's story has a concise stopping point.

Honestly I could live in Witcher 3, a fourth is like a new franchise imo.

I get a throbbing headache when I try to read the abject word salads these chuckleheads vomit up whenever they try to justify their chuckleheadedness. They're all such cowards.

It's a shame. You know that every so often there's a female lead character that's actually Rule of Cool*. But we'll never see her again, lost in the lame gamma-suck-up diversity dames.

(*Like Ripley. Lara Croft. Yep.)

When you slowly but surely replace men with women, you'll lose half of your audience.

Or in the case of the witcher, all of them.

I guess they are trying to drive men out into the wilderness.

We all knew Ciri would be the MC in Witcher 4, and that's not really the problem.

The problem is that they made her a Witcher, when she isn't one. She CAN NOT drink the Potions or she will die. It is clearly stated in the Books she CAN NOT use any normal Magic due to her Elden Blood Powers, so she can't use Signs. She for some reason didn't use the Elden Blood Powers that she had in Witcher 3 to fight in the Trailer such as Teleport. Lastly they gave her the Alloy Treatment by making her Uglier for zero reason.

This Game will be the Mass Effect Andromeda of CDPR..........
